Fausto Petruzziello, MD, CEO
Dr. Petruzziello was born and raised in Rome, Italy. While completing residency in General Surgery, he served as Medical Officer in the Mounted State Police with rank of First Lieutenant and appointed to care for the President of Italy and his Security Service.
He moved to the United States in 1995, where he entered the Internal Medicine residency program at the University of Massachusetts. In 1998 he moved to Connecticut and co-founded Family Practice and Internal Medicine of Spring Glen. In 2007 Dr. Petruzziello established a new medical practice: Family Practice and Internal Medicine (CareMedica), along with two associated medical enterprises: Lasermedica Dermacenters USA (LaserMedica) and Medical Weight Professionals (WeightMedica).
Dr. Petruzziello has authored more than 30 research articles in the fields of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Antibiotic Therapy and Geriatric Medicine, published in Italian and other international journals. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Connecticut State Medical Society and the New Haven County Medical Society.
He lives in North Haven with his wife and three children.
Vittoria P. Petruzziello, MBA, LC-E, 
Spa President/Director
Vittoria Petruzziello is a cosmetologist and skincare professional licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut. After 4 years of research she has pioneered a line of anti-aging skin-care which has become a favorite of friends, patients and clients. Consistently researching and exploring natural products, minerals and vitamins from all over the world has allowed Vittoria to introduce the firming, restoring and protecting benefits of all the LaserMedica products and other skin care regimens promoted in the medical spa.
Vittoria received her bachelor's degree in Business from Boston College and her Master's Degree from Bentley College, therafter pursuing her carreer in the Trade Show and Events Industry, managed and excelled in Customer Service and Marketing to Global Corporate Executives for over 15 years. Her expertise in meeting customer expectations allows her to establish realistic client goals so that all expectations are not only met but surpassed. She prepares her clients for a better and longer, more youthful appearance for the years to come. Lasermedica's goal is to maintain the highest level of professionalism and state of the art technology in all of the procedures offered, while combining nature and science in the delivery of unrivaled and result-oriented treatments performed by Vittoria and all the LaserMedica medical providers.
Antonio D'Aria, DO
Dr. Antonio D'Aria, a native of New Haven Connecticut, is an Internal Medicine physician. He attended Fairfield University, receiving his Bachelor's of Science with a major in biology and minors in chemistry and mathematics. He received a Master's of Science at Southern Connecticut State University.
His medical training began at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine, where he received his degree in medicine. He then returned to Connecticut to continue his medical training, completing his internship and residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. In addition to the practice of General Aesthetic & Internal Medicine, Dr. D'Aria has a particular interest and specific training in musculoskeletal medicine. On the aesthetic side Dr. D'Aria offers manual medicine and injection techniques as non-surgical alternatives to plastic surgery, while on the internal medicine side he offers the respective alternatives to surgery for degenerative joint disease, arthritis, or pain syndromes.
Sue Floriano Sandor, PA-C
Sue Floriano Sandor was born and raised in Connecticut. She attended the University of Connecticut and received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology. As an aspiring Physician Assistant (PA), she worked as an EMT for healthcare experience. She then attended Quinnipiac University and attained her Masters of Health Science Degree and became a PA. She started her career as a PA in the field of gastroenterology.
Sue continued to broaden her scope of practice and joined Dr. Fausto Petruzziello and his group at Family Practice and Internal Medicine. She was very excited with the opening of the sister company LaserMedica Dermacenters, as her interest in aesthetics started in PA school when she chose her elective rotation to work for a plastic surgeon's office. Although that was Sue's first exposure to non-surgical approaches such as "face-lift" with Botox and dermal fillers, Sue is now one of the primary providers of many of the aesthetic procedures offered at LaserMedica of North Haven, Connecticut.
Sue has been trained and certified in an array of aesthetic procedures including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening with Aluma ( as seen on "the View" and the "Tyra Banks Show"), Intense Pulsed Light , Spider Vein Therapy with the YAG Laser , Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse and other dermal fillers. She continues advance injections and procedures while pursuing new developments in Aesthetic Medicine and is an active participant of the Perpetual Advanced Injections program at LaserMedica. Sue enjoys providing the patients with the multitude of non-ablative and minimal to no down-time procedures available and looks forward to assisting her patients in achieving the desired results without having to undergo surgical treatments.
